Consultation

 

Free

30 minutes

A 30 minute phone consultation to get to know each other. We'll discuss your concerns, review our techniques and determine the right method of delivery for you.


Counselling

 

Individual Sessions

Sliding scale $50 - $90/hour

Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, and may include counselling, guidance in mindfulness practice, and support in emotional releasing techniques. We will explore your thinking process, and investigate what happens when you believe your thoughts, and what happens when you question and don’t believe them. You will learn tools that will help in this process. All services are provided via video-conferencing or by telephone. Pricing is on a sliding scale to make it accessible for everyone.


Programs

 

3 Week Introductory Program in Mindfulness

$100

A 3 week starter course for those new to mindfulness. Learn the basics and gain essential skills including breath work, body scanning and mindful movement. Discover how these skills work to train your attention to the present moment and to release distress. Sessions are one hour each, with weekly assignments to promote daily practice. 10 Week Beginner Program in Mindfulness

$600

A comprehensive program in self-exploration, meditation, Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and the Sedona Method. Weekly sessions and assignments keep you on track as you let go of suffering, restore equilibrium and rediscover peace.  Includes 10 one-on-one 60 minute sessions, workbook, and a copy of "Mindfulness-Integrated CBT for Well-Being and Personal Growth" by Bruno Cayoun. All sessions are provided via video-conferencing or by telephone. Level: Beginners, but suitable for everyone.


6 Week Advanced Program in Mindfulness

$350

For those looking to go deeper into a daily mindfulness practice. Receive guidance and support, explore a deeper sense of equanimity and peace, embrace impermanence, and learn the Sedona Method. Includes 6 one-on-one 60 minute sessions and Workbook. All sessions are provided via video-conferencing or by telephone. Level: Advanced.


Extended Health Coverage

Some extended health care plans will cover the fees of a Registered Social Worker up to a yearly maximum. Please contact your extended health care provider for information regarding your personal coverage.
